quiche help plz

I make couscous quiche. You just soak some couscous in stock (or you can just use water) add some veg to couscous, beat in a couple of eggs and top with cheese if you like, it very yum yum!

You can use quark in place of cottage cheese and quiche can just about be made with anything - savoury rice, ordinary rice, cous cous, just veggies, meat etc. Have a look in the recipe section and you'll find lots of inspiration.

I dont like cottage cheese either so have been using Qurak instead. use this with some chives, ham / bacon and its lovely.

I have also been using some of my healty extras and dropping little cubes of laughing cow into and its gives you lovely little melthed cheese bits in your quiche.

Yum Yum - Think I might need to make one/
