quick question

Our God that is Jim will tell you to stick to leafy green veg & just measure by the cup & he should know!! :D

There's an A and a B list - the veg on each are all listed in the "So you're thinking of doing Atkins" thread. I keep forgetting which is which, so picked out the veg I like and have stuck a list of them on the fridge.

I usually do a cup of green leafy stuff, and a cup of cucumber/mushroom combo, so I can then have a cup of tomatoes, which is on the B list because of its higher carb content.

Much easier to go by cups when making up a salad at top speed in the morning :)

i have 3 cups of green stuff...cabbage, lettuce, cucumber, i dont count the carbs in my greens lol
 
I don't count the carbs in lettuce, cucumber, spinach or greens. Only the higher vegetables :)

i dug out my old book last night and i have figured how many grams of salad and how many of the other veg i can have

so should be ok lol i hope cant go wrong going by the book surely?

I always used a standard brit coffee mug, 3 mugs of choped green leaf veggies a day. :)
