I have noticed on here that some people say that if they are really struggling then they have 4 paks a day, how does this effect the weight loss and ketosis? I am really struggling at the moment and just wondered if perhaps it might be a good idea to do thins for a while just until i am back on track, what do you think?
It's ok to have up to 5 packs in one day, every now and then.

Better to have an extra pack on tough days than it is to fall off the wagon, hun!
