I've been on 810 for many weeks as I had reached bmi 25. I have had a chicken and veg omelette a number of times using 1 egg and half amount of chicken. I would not consider this off plan at all. I am 5 lbs away from goal so I don't think I've done too bad by it - whether or not it is officially 'allowed'. Personally, I think it's rather low on the spectrum of being 'off plan' as compared to eating chocolate for example. All the best whatever you decide to do.
