Quick question.

I bought the mixamouse the other day and love it, but just wondered how many times you can use it a day, as it doesnt say on the tub. At most i have used it twice, but try not to use more than once as i'm not sure... don't want to ruin the good work i am trying to do. Do any of you know the answer to this? Thanks x

I was having a mousse everyday, but my CDC told me to have one a couple of times a week, as a treat. (And not to have water flavourings on the same day.) Pity - I love the mousses! :cry: (But I am only in my first week.)

why can't you have mouse and water flavourings on the same day? I didn't think that there was any restriction on the water flavouring?
