Quick, shop-bought lunch and dinner for girl on the go?!

Hi all

Just a quick one - what can I buy (Sainsburys specifically) for lunch and dinner today that is very quick and easy, almost pre-made that is also SW friendly? It's a one-off for today as I will be glued to my computer (albeit when I run like crazy to the shop) studying for exams tomorrow.

Thoughts?

Sorry it's probably a bit late now but when I have to pop out to the shops I usually buy some ham, a salad bowl, a mullerlight and some babybel lights and have a sort of pick n mix salad. For future reference I hope this helps
