I'm planning to have this for tea tonight but can't find the syn value (all the threads are old), does anyone know how many syns this is on green? it's a 300g pack x

If this was a homemade Quorn cottage pie, how much quorn mince could you use for one syn? Im planning on having this fr tea tomorrow night. Suede & potatomashed on top of quorn mince with onions and maybe peas. Lil bit of gravy.

Quorn mince is free so use as much as you want
