Quorn in soup?

Was just wondering if anyone has tried putting quorn in a soup in place of chicken?? I'm vegetarian, but fancied ringing the changes with my homemade soup. Any mushroom soup recipes would be cool also. Cheers

I'd don't see any reason why it won't work, as long as you don't overcook the quorn.

Yeah, lightly fry it and then float it on the soup at the end like tofu in Miso
