Quorn mince and sausages syn free ?

Just checking that quorn mince and the sausages are free on a green day with slimming world ? Thanks in advance,

Hi! Quorn mince is syn free and most of the sausages are although i think there are a few with a small syn value. The plain sausages, cumberland sausages, and bangers are def syn free and if you a search in the syn values sub-forum you should come up with some of the others.

They are free on all plans

Just checked and the red leicester and onion ones are 1 syn each and the cocktail sausages are 2 for half a syn. Quorn must have cut back on their sausage range because there are a lot fewer listed now than there used to be. No bangers and no pork and apple sausages!
