Quorn sausages

Are you doing SS, if so you aren't allowed anything but your 3 shakes? I know you can have quorn on SS+ (if you are really struggling you could have a SS+ night), in the book it just says your allowed 200g Quorn eg: mince pieces (I think you might be allowed chicken too) but I'm not 100% sure so hopefully someone else will confirm.

It was discussed on here a while ago. It is only the pieces or mince because the sausages have filler in them. Sorry!
