Hi im new to this, I bought octobers sw magazine and in the menu planner it shows quorn sausages as syn free but everywhere else ive looked it shows as 1 syn so confused.

It is only one particular kind of quorn sausage that is free, not them all. They are in packs of 6, frozen, labelled low fat with a tape measure on the box and only available in Sainsbury at the moment

Linda McCartney red onion veggie sausages are free and delicious! You find them in the frozen isle!
