Sorry if this is somewhere already but is all Quorn free on either red or green day?

Not every quorn product is free, some is, some has a few syns others go up to about 9.

If you do a search there are plenty of threads with a list of quorn products and their syn values

Just to pop into this thread - certain things can have syn values - such as the burgers that have cheese mixed in.

Do a search in the Syn Values section for Quorn and i am sure there is a few threads availble - or check on the Lifeline Online service.
