Quorn??

I think people do have quorn instead of chicken or fish. The only thing that I'm not sure about is that it contains carbs I think whereas chicken and fish do not.

So you can see that the carbs are a little higher - but not teriibly so - especially as a lot of it is fibre. I would have thought it would be fine but you might want to email slim and save - I'm sure you'll get a quick answer.
 
I have quorn / veggie burgers and sausages and have no problems. Carbs are about 10g for 2. Can't remember calories but think its about 150 for 2.
