Will be doing the one in Cambridge on July 4th.

I'm thinking about doing the Hereford event on 26th July, 3 days after my parachute jump. I can run for 10 minutes at the moment on the tredmill - do you think I have enough time to be able to train for it effectively?
 
You should be ok for July to train for it properly, but remember you can jog, run or walk these events, so even if you say jog one mile and then walk another and continue like that, or jog for 10mins, walk for 10mins etc :)
