Race for 6 stone to go back on! Not!!!

    Right I've decided to start a diary so that I right down all that I eat and get back to it.

    A bit about me - I started slimming world over a year ago (June 2010) at 19 stone 5 1/2 lbs I then lost 1/2 lb short if 6 stone. 3 weeks ago it all went wrong :-(. Weighed this morning and put on 10lbs.

    I started this healthy eating lark with a friend who only stuck with it for a few months and I wish she would come back to it. I know she's not happy and we could support each other.

    I weigh at home on a Saturday morning (although at v festival next week and leaving my scales at home lol) today I am 14:2.

    Right food for today - today's task is to drink 4 pints of water

    Breakfast
    HEB - toast 400g x 2 with marmite
    1 pint of water

    I'll b back later to fill in all the nice healthy food I have been eating!

    Yesterday was a good day thank god!

    I did eat too much but all on plan food so that's fine by me.

    Salmon stir fry (at 9am?) - free

    Lunch
    3 sausages 1 1/2 syns, new potatoes and veg. Gravy 2 syns.

    2 muller lights
    Apple
    Banana
    Nectarine

    Tea
    Pasta in sauce with cheese HEA

    Here's to another 100% day!

    Managed more water today which is good.
