I don't suppose anyone could have a look and see how many syns the Rajah minced garlic and minced ginger pastes are, please?

I can't find them in my books

They both have rape seed oil and sugar in so I'm sure they'll not be free.

Hmmm...

On the jar there are only the ingredients:

Ginger (80%), Water, Rapeseed Oil, Sugar, Salt, Acetic Acid, Ascorbic Acid.

Garlic (84%), Water, Rapeseed Oil, Sugar, Salt, Acetic Acid, Citric Acid.

I don't suppose that's much help really?

Hmm indeed. Still cant find anything, I have even been on the rajah website but that didnt help at all.

I have looked around for similar things and it seems to be 2 syns for 1 tbsp of paste.

Might be worth ringing SW to get a definate answer.

I really only use it when I haven't got fresh. It's only a teaspoon or two and I was guestimating at around 1 per tsp anyway.

It just got me wondering.... you know what I mean?
