Ok here goes. Pull me up on anything I get wrong.

BREAKFAST: Wholemeal toast with baked beans. Coffee with milk from allowance

LUNCH: Homemade noodles with soy garlic and veg
Sweet chilli and hot chilli
Fat free natural yoghurt with apple and banana

DINNER: I made two lots of bolognaise with lean minced beef.
175 glass merlot (6syns). Teasp oil (2syns). Onion garlic
I divided into two portions. 4 per night. I will use tonights to
Stuff three pepoers for me an OH. (1.5 each). Then made
Veggie rice with mixed veg and onion . Used ev olive oil
HE. So actually between the two of us is only two syns each

SNACKS: Milky coffee from allowance

Sugar free cordial

Sweet red pepper stuffed with beef chilli
Sweet pepper stuffed with vegetable rice

Fat gree yoghurt and bananna

All milk coffee made with skimmed from allowance

Exercise 120 min walk
