Raspberry Coulis

Hi guys,

im new to slimming world and was wondering is anyone knows how to make a low syn/ syn free raspberry coulis as I'm making meringues for desserts.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Raspberry coulis can't be free I'm afraid as any puréed fruit needs to be synned. I don't think it's much though.

If you defrost frozen raspberries, the liquid that drain off could be used as a coulis, with a bit of sweetener!
