Definitely agree that it makes you accountable, it makes me realise that the snacks and things that I don't even realise I'm eating are really adding up. Also makes me get my butt in gear and do more exercise to balance it, which is kinda the opposite of what slimming world teach.
I started slimming world (for the 2nd time) in February 2013 and have 5st off, but as I say, I've not lost much in the last 6 months (maybe a stone?). I would like to shift at least another 3st in time for my wedding next year, so that's why I've been a bit of a stress head about it having slowed (stopped).
Congratulations on the move, but yeah, it can be very stressful and hard to stay on track when there's so much going on in your life and when your routine has changed so drastically. How are you finding it? Are you calorie counting on its own, or fitting it in with anything else? I find I need the structure of sw to help pick better meals and snacks, even though some of the "free" food on it like rice and pasta is quite high in calories.
