Hey! Well after almost 3 weeks on slimming world ive lost around 5lbs. So its 5lbs off and i should be happy but im jst not. Im struggling to stick to the diet. Ive came to the conclusion that my problem is not with losing out on food, its with cuttin out the junk, so im going to slowly reintroduce exante back into my diet. I'll keep getting weighed with SW for now to keep me on track and i plan to have 2 shakes a day, a low carb meal at dinner and some fruit. Im not worried about ketosis at all cos it doesnt help me in any way, just getting this weight off. I get weighed tomorrow night so will be starting this new plan on Wed! xx
