Hi all, I'm so glad I found my log-in details again, I'm a re-starter as I just didn't bother with my diet etc at the end of last year. I simply MUST lose some weight before summer this year as I'm fed up of being a tubby-butt now.
I'm looking forward to getting to know everyone again, I joined last year but didn't post very often, so I'm back and looking to give & receive support as much as I can. I'm sure I've come back to the right place
