RE Starting Tomorrow

Hi All, i am joining back class tomorrow evening, i have put weight on and tried getting it off with a VLCD but my head is not in it.

I want to start first thing so any ideas for brekkie and lunch until i get my books tomorrow.

Welcome and well done on deciding to give this a go. Preparation is key for slimming world.
Breakfasts can be:
2 wheat biscuits (weetabix) or 35g porridge or 2 slices of wholemeal bread 400g loaf or 1 slice 800g whole meal loaf
Fat free natural yogurt with fruit
Eggs cooked without fat. You can use Frylight(cooking spray oil)
baked beans
grilled bacon all fat removed
250ml semi skimmed milk
 
Thanks for the reply pat a cake, i done well on slimmingworld about a year ago. Can you have bran Flakesand if so how much?
