Breakfasts can be:
2 wheat biscuits (weetabix) or 35g porridge or 2 slices of wholemeal bread 400g loaf or 1 slice 800g whole meal loaf
Fat free natural yogurt with fruit
Eggs cooked without fat. You can use Frylight(cooking spray oil)
baked beans
grilled bacon all fat removed
250ml semi skimmed milk
