L - Curry (Onion, tom, lamb, aubergine) , Rice & salad (lettuce, tom, cue, olive oil, lemon juice)
D - Home made patties, Pitta, lettuce, tom
S - small bakewell tart
Fluids - 4 large black tea
Exercise - 7,700 steps

L -Coriander & chili chicken open sandwich with 2 x WM toast, salad (leaves, carrot, cue, salad sauce), clementine, nectarine
D - Chicken & veg soup with extra boiled potatoes (just felt I needed the carbs)
S - Melon, twix
Fluids - 2 black coffee, 2 Lemongrass & ginger tea
Exercise -6,000 steps

D - Corned beef in pitta
S - Grapes, nectarine, lots of chocolate
Fluids - Hot water, 3 ginger tea

Start weight - 223 lbs (15s 13 lbs)
Current weight - 163.5 lbs (11s 9.5 lbs)
Loss to date =59.5 lbs

I am sad to see that I have put on 4 lbs due to holidays. I had to eat at fast food places a couple of times which did not help. Now I have to concentrate to get that off plus more.
Decided to lower my target weight too.
L - leftover chicken & veg soup, WM toast
D - 2 corn on the cob, corned beef salad pitta
S - watermelon
Fluids - 2 lemon drizzle tea
Exercise - 4,000 steps

L - Chicken salad (leaves, mint, radish, tom, beetroot, salad sauce)
D - Steak, veg (onion, ginger, potato, mushroom, carrot, Green beans, cabbage), tbs butter
S - Strawberries, nectarine, 3 crispbreads with soft cheese, small cake, Muller greek
Fluids -Hot water, 3 Astral tea
Exercise -11,000 steps

Start weight - 223 lbs (15s 13 lbs)
Current weight - 162 lbs (11s 8 lbs)
Loss to date =61.5 lbs

I lost 1.5 lbs this week which is going in the right direction. I have to lose 11.5 lbs by mid-october to reach my goal. I'd like to mix up my diet and get more variety in but at the moment I am travelling around with my work and not possible to cook on a regular basis. Also hopefully, I start going back to the gym when I am home.

B - Cottage cheese on WM toast with a sprinkle of chia seeds, nectarine
L - open ham & salad sandwich
S - watermelon, pkt hoops hoops
Fluids - Black coffee
