Day 448 Saturday 20th July 2019
B - Cheese on WM bread
L - Ham salad (lettuce, cue, tom, mint, ham, balsamic, salad sauce)
D - Bean casserole (onion, ginger, tbs butter, Rosso beans, courgette, carrot, potato, carrot)
S - Watermelon, yog with apricot jam, handful of nuts, croissant
Fluids - 2 glasses of water, 2 black coffee
Exercise -10,800 steps, lts of running up & down the stairs

Day 449 Sunday 21st July 2019
B -Croissant, egg on WM bread
L - Bean & veg casserole (onion, ginger, Rosso beans, courgette, carrot, potato), piece of french bread
D - French bread, cheese and butter
S - Cherries, Nectarine
Fluids - 3 herbal tea, black coffee, 3 energise tea
Exercise - 7,200 steps.

Day 451 Tuesday 23rd July 2019
B -Apple, mango, cucumber
L -Split peas & Green beans (onion, ginger, split peas, carrot, potato, Green beans).pate on WM bread
D -Split peas & Green beans soup
S -Cherries, Nectarine, fruit with fruit yog. It was so hot today, that I had 3 yogs to cool me down
Fluids -Black coffee
Exercise -11,000 steps

B -Apple & date porridge, tbs butter
L - 2 Very small meat burger, piece of bread, cue & mint, watermelon
S - fruit yog, watermelon, cue
Fluids -3 herbal tea, 4 black tea
Exercise - 4,100 steps, 6 times up & down 5 flights of stairs

B - Fruit salad (peach, apple, kiwi, plum) topped with Prune yog, chia & sunflower seeds
L - Soup (lamb, onion, tom, beans, potao)
D - leftover soup with pitta
S -A couple of almonds
Fluids -3 black tea, glass water, 3 herbal tea

Thank you for poping in. I am happy to achieve all that but want to lose more. Another 1/2 stone perhaps. Some people who have not seen me for a while cannot recoganise me.

If you go by your BMI then technically another few pounds would take you into the "healthy range", review as you go along and see what feels comfortable for you. But well done on all your achievements:woohoo::woohoo:

I have had losses the last 4 weeks, that is a small achievement for me, my usual pattern is a few losses then a gain and a maintain. Also got Slimmer of Week too!!! I am just 1lb off 2 stone, hoping to lose that this week but if I can get 2lbs off then I will finally be in the 11's!! My next short term goal is to get my BMI to under 30, so I will just be "overweight"
I have a hen party at weekend, then a catch up with friends mid- August, then a big family wedding at end of August, so trying to capitalise on the weight loss between these periods. All in all feeling like I'm in control of the plan rather than it being in control of me, still feel fat though lol
 
Day 460 Thursday 1st August 2019
Start weight - 223 lbs (15s 13 lbs)
Current weight - 159.5 lbs (11s 5.5 lbs)
Loss to date =62.5 lbs

Lost 1.5 lbs this week and reached my target. Going to lower the target for the last time.
B - Cottage cheese with a sprinkle of chia seeds on WM toast, apple, pear, nectarine
L - Mexican style beans & grains with salad (leaves, spinach, mint, cue, tom, apple cider vinegar)
D -chicken & veg soup (Onion, spinach, cabbage, spinach)
S -Dried sour cherries, pkt cheese puffs, 2 boiled sweets
Fluids -5 black tea, 2 glasses of water
Exercise -3,700 steps
