Reaching Target in 2020

I was more thinking of cooking both separate
Like a potato pita bread haha.

I’m really bad with baked potatoes though
When I used to make them I would put half a block of Kerry gold in one LOL.

Actually the thought of that makes me drool which I may be ashamed to admit 😂
I am going to make one next time and see how it comes out.

I love jacket potato but hardly ever had butter in it. I like mine with tuna. Mind you I have tuna in sunflower oil but drain it well - do not like the one in brine - it is like you washed the tuna.
 
Day 771 - Wednesday 10th June 2020
B - Potato, sweetcorn & peas pancakes with chili sauce
L - BBQ chicken drumstick salad (leaves, cue, tom, beetroot, pepper, olives, salad sauce)
S - Blueberries, cherries, Red Currant with coconut yogurt and skinny whip bar, apple, pear
F - 6 Black tea
E -
Bought some hot cross buns for a friend but won't be able to deliver them. She told me to eat them but I put them in the freezer so I can deliver it for her when she is ready.

Day 766 - Tuesday 9th June 2020
B - Poached eggs on WM toast
L - Cheese burger with potato as a bun and salad (leaves, cue, tom radish, carrot, beetroot, pepper and olives). It was sooo yummy
D - Mediterranean salad.
S - Pear, cherries, mango, 2 Fibre One bars. Liked the chocolate one but not the peanut one (it was too airy fairy for me). Fruits - mango, blueberries, cherries and Red currant with coconut yogurt
F - Black tea, 2 herbal tea, lemon & ginger tea
E - Did not go out today and I was bus at home

That burger looks awesome! I too love the idea of the potato bun, like a hash brown yummy!

@Strawberry Madness the butter thing, me too. 😂
If I have a jacket potato, I have to have something wet, to disguise the fact that there is no butter, like beans.

Start weight - 223 lbs (15s 13 lbs)
Current weight - 157.5 lbs (11s 3.5 lbs)
Loss to date =65.5 lbs

I STS again this week. Been around the same number for a while. Some days I think that perhaps I have reached my target weight and cannot shift any more. Well lets see if there is going to be any change next week.
Semi - off plan but I have not gone over too much
Not happy that I cannot go out for a walk due to constant heavy rain. I want the sun backkkkk.

Day 773 - Friday 12th June 2020
Yesterday, I had pepperoni pizza and enjoyed it (not had it for a long long time) - my favorite, however, I had forgotten that it does not like me as I found out later in the day when I thought, I was dying. Well, will not be having it again anytime soon.

B - Late breakfast of baked oat flan (oat, banana, egg, strawberry & rhubarb jam) sprinkled with seeds and a tsp blood orange jam. That is good for a sweet treat too.
D - Lollypop kebabs with a large salad (leaves, mint, coriander, parsley, tom, cue, carrot, radish, beetroot, pepper, black olives & salad sauce).
S - Apple,blueberries, Mullerlight chocolate dessert - this was nice. I rather have this than those peanut butter popcorn Fibre one bar. Piece of cheddar cheese
F - 2 Black tea,4 herbal tea
E - 5,800 steps. Wanted to do more but it keeps raining and it is muddy in the park
Been digging to find the reason for not losing weight and I think I have figured that I am eating more snacks & quick food than proper food and also ODied on watermelon last week. So I am going to make an effort to cook again and eat properly.

I think you're doing amazing, especially with everything that is going on. It's very sensible to think that you may have reached your target too. If you're happy now then work on maintenance, being comfortable is what is important! Numbers are just that, numbers :) 💪

Thank you. I know but I think deep inside I want to get to a whole number of 11 st & 5 stone loss. I will chip at it and eventually will get there.
 
Day 774 - Saturday 13th June 2020
B - " laughing cows on WM toast and sprinkled with seeds, cherries, Blueberries
L - Pink eggs are back in fashion, Pink egg and cucumber & mind open sandwiches, 2 laughing cows (these have less calories than mayo)
D - Peas spag bol (mince beef, onion, garlic, peas)
S - Apple, Chocolate dessert mixed with coconut yogurt with cherries
F - 4 Black tea, 3 herbal tea, home made lemonade with chia seeds
E - 2,000 steps

That spag Bol looks interesting for sure! Looking at it is giving me a craving for mushy peas again oh noes 😂
Actually, it all tasted like mushy peas, nice but very dry. I was trying to make Green spag bol as I had done before with spinach but I did not have any so decided to use peas thinking it would have the effect. Have to do experiment with other things to see if they work better.
 
Day 775 - Sunday 14th June 2020
B - Cooked breakfast (bacon, egg, fried egg on toast, baked beans and tomato). I have not had one of these for ages. Really enjoyed it
L/D - Jacket potato stuffed with chicken & bacon (onion, garlic, chicken, bacon, cheese and milk) with broccoli and carrot gratin. I don't often eat cheese or drink milk often so I decided to have them in my dish today.
I thoroughly enjoyed my meal and feel so full.
S - Nectarines, magnum Ruby
After hearing everyone talking about ice cream, I saw this when I was shopping today and bought them to try. i was not pleasant at all - it smelt like old fat and waste of my syns - never mind as they say you live and learn. Trouble is there are 2 more in the freezer.
F - 4 black tea
E -4,000 steps

All is fine thank you for asking. Just a little problem of not being to sleep at night again. Funnily enough, I don't feel tired and hoping to go for a long walk if it does not pour down again (at the moment it is sunny but dark clouds are lingering around).

Probably could! Wanting to make a nice full Scottish at some point.

I’m ok just feeling bloated. Too much watermelon 🤣

took me awhile to sleep also I hope you manage to get to the land of nod tonight. Fingers crossed for you the weather stays nice
