I got some of those flapjacks last week from Morrisons! I had to give them to the dog in the end because I just couldn't have one! I hope you do better than I did with them 😂
Pink potato! What is this wizardry?! I had a really bony mackerel last week and I'm off them for a bit.

I am going freeze these flapjacks and take one out as and when I fancy.

Used the same principle as Pink eggs. Boiled potatoes, skinned them and put them in beetroot vinegar. I am experimenting for starting my new blog.

I always buy my mackerel from Lidl and they seem to be good - this one was Lemon & Parsley - go to more pieces to use by the weekend.

Day 778 - Wednesday 17th June 2020
Donot you love it when you put something on and it looks looser than it did before. i am starting to enjoy wearing different clothes - used to wear similar type of clothes all the time.

Another sleep deprived night. Not sure why. Hoping to get out and do some walking today if the weather clears - it is very grey today.

B - Mushroom, baked beans and egg omelette, topped with grated cheese and baked in the oven, a dash of chili sauce
L - Home made bean burgers with salad (leaves, pepper, mint, coriander, carrot, radish, olives, pink potato and salad sauce)
S - yogurt with Blueberries and lemon, mint & strawberry jam, 2 pkts monster claws. Tub of ice cream (320 cals) - it was nice but too sweet at the bottom - thought the coolness might cure my awful headache but no effect whatsoever Agggrrr.
F - 2 Herbal tea, 2 black tea
E -

Amazing looking food as always 😋
Hope your headache is better now x
Thank you.
Yes the headache is better now - I think it is because I am really tired and have been on the computer too long. Needed to complete some important work. It is all finished so hopefully, I can get some sleep tonight.
How was your day - hope you did not get caught in the rain. Here we had a massive thunderstorm (it lasted like an hour) then the skies opened for 3 hours - it has just stopped. No walk for me today - I was looking forward to my walk after work which did not happen.

Day 779 - Thursday 18th June 2020
Start weight - 223 lbs (15s 13 lbs)
Current weight - 157 lbs (11s 3 lbs)
Loss to date =66 lbs

Lost 1/2 lb this week. At this stage of the game, it is fine as I cannot be expecting to large amount.

With the awful headache I am experiencing, I am tempted to eat to get rid of it - psychological betrayal of the mind. I am determined to stay away from over indulging. Might go and get a very Diet coke - that is the only thing it cures it normally apart from a long walk - that is if heavy rain stops.

B - Coco pops with banana and milk
L - Mackerel salad (leaves, coriander, pepper, radish, cue, tom, olives and salad sauce).
Now that I am back to my normal routine and eating proper meals agai, I find that I do not want to snack all the time.
D - Herb rice with broad beans and lamb, FF yogurt
S - Laughing cow & home made jam sandwich, pkt cheese puffs, 1 small chuck of chocolate Brownie and flapjack, apples, pear
F - 4 Black tea
E - No walking as rained all day.

It has been raining non-stop since 5 o'clock yesterday afternoon - no more thunder though

Managed to sleep better but my headache is still there - best thing for it is a long walk to get fresh air & clear my head, but no chance today.

How are you doing.

Oh bless you. That sounds horrible. The weather is still terrible here too. I didn't get out today but I don't usually go out on a Thursday. I used the new cooker to bake a banana loaf and it is delicious! Wish I could share xx

Sure! It's just a normal loaf, no special diet hacks here :D It worked out at 2.88 calories per gram and I had a 35-gram slice, delicious!

100g Butter
175g Sugar (I used a light brown sugar)
2 eggs
225g Self-raising flour (I used gluten-free)
Tsp Xantham Gum
Tsp Baking Powder
2/3 bananas
Handful raisins (optional)

In that order, mixed. Cooks for an hour on a low oven gas mark 4 (180c)

Thank you. Perhaps, I try it at weekend, if I can get some flour. Can I stop at one slice only?
