B - bacon, onion & pepper fried in olive oil and assembled on a WM toast and served with salad of leaves and tomato with a dash of chili sauce.
Another excellent weekend breakfast. I like to vary my food at weekends. It is amazing how we get stuck to a routine and still think that weekends are different.
L - Black eyed peas casserole - last portion gone now
D - Beef chunks marinated in garlic & lemon juice fried in TBS butter, leftover breakfast fryup, chips
S - Clementines, 2 boiled sweets, FF yogurt with jam and sprinkled with seeds
F - 3 Black coffee, 2 Black tea

Another size 12 top arrived in the post this morning and it its me. Admittedly, is of stretchy material but not pulling or tight on me. I am well chuffed.
B - Healthy platter (cottage cheese sprinkled with seeds, clementine, banana, apple)
L - Cold platter - White bean hummus, olives, beetroot, pepper, cue, tom, slices of ham and WM toast
D - WM toast with cheese spread topped with 4 walnuts
S - pkt crisps (85 cal)
F - 3 Black coffee, 4 Black tea, hot milk with ginger bread spread (2 tsp)

B - Cottage chees, jam and peanut butter with WM toast
L - Ham sandwich with Lime pickle and 2 plums- I used to love that but did not taste as I remembered it. A few vegetable crisps
On my way back from doctors, I popped into the health shop and picked up a few goodies - vegetable chips, dried mulberries, dates, cashew nuts and sesame seeds. I will put them into good use this week and next week buy a different variety. There is so much to choose from.
D - Green beans & rice, tbs butter
S - Pkt biscuits, dried mulberries, handful of cashews, 2 dates
F - 3 Black tea, 2 herbal tea
E - 6,000 steps

B - Cold platter - Blue egg, tom, cue, radish and pepper with a pitta toast
L - Home made Lassagne with salad of rocket and carrot dressed with lemon juice & olive oil
D - Not feeling hungry
S - Clementines, 2 boiled sweets
F - 4 Black coffee, 2 Black tea, hot chocolate as it is very cold again today
E - 6,, 500 steps. Managed to get out this afternoon when there were not anyone in the park and walked. It was not as cold as I expected it, now that the wind has subsided. Lets hope, I can go out again tomorrow and do some well required walk.

I have a big issue in that, I do not feel hungry and then all of a sudden, I am famished and look for something to eat. Eat something quick - although I enjoy it at the time, it may not be cooked and what my body needs. I think, that is the reason that I then start nibbling to satisfy my cravings or lack of proper food.
L - Cold platter - Boiled egg, pepper, radish, cue, tom, WM toast and drizzling of salad sauce
D - Beef & veg curry with rice
S - Muller Greek, blood orange, grapes, large piece of cake
F - 2 Black tea, 4 herbal tea
E - 2,000 steps

L - Salmon on a bed of coriander with a drizzle of salad sauce, mixed veg (broccoli, green beans, baby corn and carrot), heart shape potatoes
D - egg open sandwich on green leaves and coriander on WM toast, cue, tom, pepper, radish, 2 walnuts
S - Apple, orange, boiled sweet, Muller light cherry with a tsp seeds
F -3 Black coffee, 3 herbal tea, 2 Black tea

Thank you very much. I am hoping to get there soon but my body has been playing up and slowed me down. It does not help that I can't get out more often and walk. It is too cold and the rain is freezing too. Looking forward to longer and warmer days now.

D - Amazing and filling dinner - salmon & veg (onion, ginger, baby corn, broccoli, carrot, green beans and sweetcorn) in coconut oil & creme fraiche with coconut rice
S - Roasted broad beans & cashew nuts, cue , cherries, boiled sweet, pear, apple
F - 4 Black tea, 2 herbal tea
E - 6,000 steps

B - Millet porridge (mixed dried fruit, ginger, seeds, tbs butter, tbs maple syrup, strawberry). Made enough for 2 meals
L - Salmon salad with Jacket potato (Leaves, coriander, tom, cue, carrot, pepper, beetroot, sauerkraut, salad sauce)
D - Home made sweetcorn soup
S - Pkt crisps (90 cals), 2 boiled sweets, apple, pear, Grapes, cherries, Blueberries, mango
F - 4 Black coffee, 2 Black tea
E - Did not go out as it is raining again. However, re-arranged furniture in my bedroom and general tidy up. I will be doing some more re-arranging tomorrow to try to declutter.

After breakfast, the whole day was a right off. Well t is done with and I must move on.

After yesterday's fiasco of binge eating, I was full up this morning. Went for a long walk to get myself back into a routine. I am going to see if I can manage 2 walks a day, now that the days are getting longer - just wish, the wind stops.
L - Fruit platter (Apple, grapes, strawberry, blueberries and cherries), cheese & banana Sandwich (piece of WM toast)
D - Last of Creamy Salmon & vegetable
S -Boiled sweet, pkt squares (100 cals), mango, apple
F - 3 herbal tea, 4 Black tea
E - 8,000 steps

I've never heard of lemon syrup, is it very sweet.?
