L - Home made Mint & beef kebab on flat bread and salad (leaves, pepper, tom, carrot, Red cabbage, coriander and drizzle of salad sauce). It was delicious and I am full up.
S - Handful of smoked & salted almonds, clementines, pear
F - 4 Black tea, 2 herbal tea
E - 6,500 steps

STS again for me. No problem, I get there one day
B - Potato waffles with cottage cheese and home made plum jam
L - Beef & veg curry with rice & coriander
S - Indian cornflakes mix, pkt twirl (220 cals), 10 walnuts, handful of mulberries
F - 6 Black tea
E - 1,000 steps and dancing

Not overly happy about my eating pattern these days. I tend to be eating mores snacks than proper food. That needs to change this week if I am going to achieve my target weight.

I had reduced my meal portions but noticed that my portions were getting big again in recent times. I am going to consciously, monitor my portions to make sure they are smaller sizes. This is not because the volume (most is salad or low calorie food anyway) but I do not want my stomach to expand. If my stomach expand then that means it can eat anything without realising I am full.

B - Muesli with milk
L - Vegetable omelette (onion, peas, carrot, asparagus, pepper, Green beans, sweetcorn) with salad (leaves, coriander, mint, tom, beetroot, salad sauce, cheese)
D - Corned beef sandwich with gherkins
S - Apple, clementines, mullerlight with tbs seeds
F -6 Black coffee, 4 Black tea
E -
I was extremely tired and had no energy even to make dinner.

Despite all my efforts, I have STS again. It is frustrating, as I don't know where I am going wrong. Is my body telling me that I have reached the ideal weight. Looking in the mirror, I look good and most of my clothes are 12-14 but I still can see parts that I want to be smaller. Also, I like to achieve my final target to prove it to myself than I can do it.
For the past week, I feel bloated and looking to see what I can do to reduce the bloating by altering my diet a bit.

Someone suggested that I come off the plan for a couple of days to see if it would shift the weight. That is what I am doing today.

B/L - In answer to my frustration I decided to have 2 wraps filled with chicken, maple syrup, cheese and mint. Followed by 4 pancakes. None of it tasted of anything and I felt really bloated and blah.
Well it is done now and I have to get on with the rest of the day.
D - Veg & chicken casserole (onion, bns, courgette, potato, carrot, chick peas, curry powder, olive oil), small piece of cheese
S - Apple, clementines, 1 boiled sweet, 2 pkts crisps (260 cals), walnuts & dried fruit
F - 6 Black tea, 2 herbal tea
