L - Salmon & salad (leaves, cue, tom, lemon, ginger, lemon, salad sauce) crepes X2 (3 syns). Black tea
D - 3 different kind of rice dish (leftover from previous dinners), natural yog, grapes, black tea
S - Watermelon, 5 cashews
Fluids -
Exercise - 30 mins walk & exercise, 13000 steps (4.5 miles)
