Staying with relatives so don't know what is in store for meals. Will try my best to keep on top of everything.

Unable to weigh myself as I left my scales at my parents.
Had a couple of NSVs from family.
B - Banana on WM toast, apple, fruit yogurt, black tea
L - Sardines, WM pitta, coriander, mint, black tea
D - Kebab & rice, TBS butter, mint, coriander, black tea
S - Almond brittle, 10 almonds, 10 hazelnuts, boiled sweet, strawberries
Fluids - black tea
Exercise - 20 mins walk & exercise (2 miles), 1300 steps, 10 km exercise bike
Not a good day foodwise

B - Cheese on WM toast, grapes, pear, strawberries, black tea
L - Cooked chicken in a seedy WM roll
This where I started going off plan
S - 2 eaw bars 20 syns, 2 pkts lentil curls 12 syns, nectarine
D - Chicken with 4 slices WM bread (24 syns)
somehow it was day filled with bread and junk food
Exercise - 30 min walk & exercise (2 miles), 3500 steps
I think all this unnecessary eating is due to the fact that I am very tired so I am going to bed and start tomorrow on a positive and healthy way.
