Reaching Target in 2020

Day 100 - Friday 3rd August 2018
I have not weighed myself for the past 2 weeks as I was away and then had guests until this morning. I have been good and tried to avoid desserts and had smaller portion of the naughty stuff like fish & chips. My clothes are loser and I look slimmer but lets hope scales are showing a good loss - my losses are very very slow. I will weigh myself tomorrow morning.

B - WM toast, tsp butter, 2 tsp marmalade, black coffee
L - Pizza with Potato salad
D - Chicken & potato salad on WM bread with green salad
S - Melon smoothie (melon wizzed in liquidiser and served with ice), watermelon
Fluids -
Exercise -1 mile walk

It is no foss no mess receipe and satisfies your taste buds - I mostly use it instead of roast dinner.

You can make sandwiches/wraps or have it with salad, rice, veg or potatoes.

Hope you enjoy it.
Don’t know when I will get around to cooking it but when I do I’ll be sure to let you know how it turns out:classic_big_grin:

Day 102 - Sunday 5th August 2018
B - Boiled eggs with Nectarine, apple and lovely cup of summer tea
L - Bagel topped with guacomoli & chrizo (Syns?). Had ordered a flat mushroom topped with chrizo but bagel arrived and did not realise it was the wrong order until I had a few mouthfuls - too late to return it
D - Cheese, olives, gherkins, tom, 2 crisp breads
S - Watermelon, nectarine, banana
Fluids - Homemade lemonade (slice of lemon in fizzy water), 1 L water
Exercise - 3 mile walk

Day 103 - Monday 6th August 2018
B - Sunny platter - Poached eggs on WM toast, ham, banana, nectarine, 2 large cups of lemon tea
L - Cheese platter (Cheese, crispbread, strawberries), 2 large cups of summer tea
D -Spag bol with roasted sweet potatoes and salad
S -Pkt crisps, cheese, strawberries, nectarine
Fluids - 2 L summer tea, 1/2 L fizzy water
Exercise - 1.5 mile walk

I don't have much cheese and milk so decided to incorporate them in my meals
B - Platter of cheese, ham, WM toast and nectarine
L - Ham slices, pkt lentil snacks
D - Smoked salmon salad
S - Watermelon, 10 pistachios, pineapple
Fluids - 1 L summer tea
Exercise - 1/2 mile

D - Beef stirfry (Garlic, ginger, chili, broccoli, mange tout, soy sauce, tbs butter), black tea
S - Watermelon, pomegrante, 2 very small puff biscuits

Current weight - 206 lbs (14s 10 lbs)
Loss to date = 17 lbs

B - Cheese, WM toast, banana, nectarine, black tea
L - Homemade burger, 1/2 WM pitta, tom, gherkins, radish, black tea
D - Mushroom, ham & brococoli ommelette, tbs butter, black tea
S - Watermelon- what am I going to do when watermelon season is over. This is my main source of fluid
Fluids - 1/2 homemade lemondae (fizzy water with lemon juice)
Exercise - 1.5 mile walk

L - Sausage casserole (onion, tom, sausages), bacon, eggs, salad (leaves, tom, cue, beet, salad sauve), small sliver of bread
Lunch was far too much for me.
D - Ham, leaves, gherkins, slice bread
S - Pomegrante
Fluids - 2.5 L water
Exercise - Minimal as it was a lazy day

D - Leftover jambalaya, carrot & tom & mint salad, lemon, salad sauce
S - Peach, pinch of sunflower seeds, pkt crisps
Fluids - 3/4 L water, 3 black tea, cumin tea
Exercise - 10km exercise bike, lots of gardening & walking.

Day 114 - Friday 17th August 2018
I have increased my exercise level to see if I can speed up my metabolisom. Up to now, I have not had full syn allowance so I shall try between 10-15 a day.
B - cottage cheese topped with a pinch of sunflowers (1syn), 2tsp jam (2 syns), blackberries, 1/2 banana, boiled eggs, black tea
L - Salami & blue cheese salad (leaves, tom, cue,radish), 1/2 pitta, black tea
D - Salmon stirfry (garlic, ginger, mange your, carrot(, snack a jack (2syns), biscuit (4 syns), pinch of sunflower seeds (2syns), black tea
S - Plums
Fluids - black tea
Exercise - 1 mile walk with Leslie sansone, lots of digging in garden

L - Soup with lots of legumes (beans & pulses) and herb, onions fried in tbs oil
D -chicken casserole (chicken, onion, tom, spices) with salad (leaves, tom, cue, radish, gherkins, mint, salad sauce), black tea
S - Watermelon, blackberries, 2tsp plum jam(2 syns), slice of bio bread, 2 snack a jack (4 syns)
Fluids -
Exercise - 7500 steps, cutting & moving wood in the garden (lots of bening up & down)
