B - Cereal with banana & milk (HexB, HexA), sharon fruit, black coffee
L /D - Smoked hot salmon salad (leaves, tom, basil white & red cabbage, carrot, beetroot, pepper, salad sauce (2 syns), slice WM bread (HexB)
S - Pomegrante
Fluids - 3 Rose tea
Exercise - 1 hr bodytone, 5000 steps

Start weight - 223 lbs (15s 13 lbs)
Current weight - 188 lbs (13s 6 lbs)
Loss to date = 35 lbs

B - Blue cheese on WM toast (HexB, HexA)
L - Salami roll, mixed fruit salad
D - Chili with rice.
This where all went wrong. Had a pudding (syns too many) which made me sick. Also could not keep my eyes open. at 5p.m Think I am catching a cold
S -
Fluids - 2 Rose tea, 2 glasses of water
Exercise - 1 hr bodytone, 7,000 steps

Day 212 Saturday 24th November 2018
Woke up with a headache and runny nose and felt sick. Definetly, I have picked up a cold. Have to take eating easy today
L - Vegetable soup with Blue cheese (HexA)
D - Beef & veg casserole (onion, swede, carrot, leek, potato) sprinkle with ginger and basil
S - Pineapple, watermelon, cereal bar (HexB), 4 walnuts (8 syns)
Fluids - 3 fruit tea
Exercise - 1 hr bodytone, 5,000 steps

Feel much better after a good night sleep. Just a runny nose now. Certainly got my appetite back.
B - Green smoothie, Bacon & egg on WM toast , clementines
L - Mackrel salad (leaves, cabbage, carrot, beetroot, sweetcorn, pepper, salad sauce
D - Veg soup with Blue cheese, 3 dutch cakes
S - 4 walnuts, mango, banana, grapefruit, yog with Homemade jam
Fluids - 3 black tea, 3 Rose tea
Exercise - 1 hr bodytone, 2,000 steps

Day 214 Monday 26th November 2018

B - Green smoothie, banana pancake, cottage cheese, 2 tsp jam
L - Roast chicken,
D - Mackrel salad (leaves, pepper, carrot, beetroot, salad sauce)
S - 2 pastry with custard filing,
Fluids - 3 Rose tea, 1/2 L lemonade (fizzy water with squash), Green smoothie
Exercise - 1 hr bodytone, 7,000 steps

Day 215 Tuesday 27th November 2018
Had a double root canal today so I have to go easy using my teeth and eating softer food (No salad)
L - Dutch cake with banana, cottage cheese and peanut butter, apple
D - Chili mackrel with boiled potatoes and broccoli
S -
Fluids -1/2 L squash (fizzy water & squash), 3 Passion flower tea, 2 fruit tea, Green smoothie
Exercise - Not much 3,000 steps

Stayed the same this week. Not feeling well and having dental work done has not helped. Hopefully I have a bigger loss next week
B - Green smoothie, breakfast loaf with banana, apricot and chia seeds (somehow I keep burning the top but it tastes fine), cottage cheese drizzled with homemade jam, and melon.
L/D - Chili with mashed pots & broccoli
S - another piece of breakfast loaf, melon. Aldi yog & fruit choc (think it is 8 syns)
Fluids - Green smoothie, 5 black tea, hazelnut coffee
Exercise - 1 hr bodytone, 2,000 steps

D - Lancashire hot pot, big salad (leaves, carrot, beetroot, basil, tsp mayo)
S - piece of choc(6 syns), ring doughnut (not nice), cottage cheese
Fluids - 3 black tea
Exercise - 5,000 steps

Day 219 Saturday 1st December 2018
Last night I gave in to doughnuts and ate more - although I didn't like them for some odd reason ate them
B - 1/2 HexA of cheese & banana on WM bread
L - Bowl of carrot & coriander soup. All my soups seem to come out Green in my soup maker
D - Beef lasagne, broccoli. Didn't have time to cook so bought ready made. it was 400 calories, clementines
S - small piece of breakfast loaf (2 syns), 1 biscuit, a few grapes
Fluids - Black coffee, 3 black tea
Exercise -6,000 steps

B/L - Breakfast loaf topped with 3 tsp home made peach/ginger jam, kiwi, banana and clementines
D - Leftover Tagliatelle (onion, ham, phili, pepper). Gave salad as too scared to ruin the recent dental work
S - Apple, grapes

Exercise - 4,000 steps
