Fluids - 2 Black tea

Day 595 Sunday 15th December 2019
Met a few friends that I have not seen since July and each asked me if I have lost more weight. They said the loss is very noticeable. One happy lady here.
B - 2 boiled eggs with toast
L - Feta cheese in WM roll
D - Chili mackerel salad( leaves, coriander, mint, cue, tom, beetroot, olives, mayo)
S - Apple, ClementinesAvent choc, 1 ginger buscuit
Fluids -2 tea, black tea, 2 black coffee
Exercise - 3,000 steps

Day 596 Monday 16th December 2019
B - Porridge with apple, banana, raisins & blueberries and tbs butter
L - Chicken salad (leaves, coriander, mint, cue, tom, beetroot, olives, mayo, Yellow pepper), WM roll
D - 6 crispbreads with feta cheese
S - Sharon fruit, 1 ginger biscuit, chocolates
Fluids - 3 Black coffee, 2 Black tea
Exercise - 4,000 steps

D - Chili mackerel salad (leaves, coriander, mint, yellow pepper, tom, cue, olives, beetroot, radish, mayo)
S - pkt sweet popcorn, mango, orange, cube of French chocolate
Fluids - 6 Lemon & ginger tea, Jaffa cakes
Exercise - 3,000 steps

S - 6 raisins biscuits, small bar of chocolate, apple
Fluids - 9 herbal tea

Day 619 Thursday 9th January 2020
Start weight - 223 lbs (15s 13 lbs)
Current weight - 159 lbs (11s 5 lbs)
Loss to date =64 lbs

Thankfully some of recent gain came off.
B -cheese omelette on WM toast, sprinkled with chili sauce & chia seeds
L - Leftover veg soup
D - Quiche . Was out & in hurry so had to get something quick - didn't enjoy it (tasteless)
S - 6 biscuits- they are gone now
Fluids - 3 Mint tea, 3 calm tea, 4 jade tip, 3 black tea, 1 lemon & ginger
Exercise - 7,200 steps

D - cheese with crackers & home made jam
S - Apple & carrots
Fluids - 3 lemon & ginger tea, 2 cleansing tea, black coffee
Exercise - 15 mins exercise bike
