I have been on Keto diet for the past 18 days. People say you don't get hungry but I did all the time or perhaps I am not doing it right as not used to eating fatty food.
Weighed myself and have not lost anything - think I over done it by eating too many nuts. But I have lost inches and my stomach bloating has gone down.
Going to carry on until end of the month and trying to be more organised with my meals and restricting nuts and see what result I get.

L - 2 slices of edam cheese & handful of cashews
D - Corned beef, gherkins, olives
S -
F - Lemon tea, 2 Black tea, glass of non-alcoholic wine
E - 11,000 steps
