I have come to a stage in my journey that numbers on the scales aren't as important as being fit and in shape.
Fir the past month, I tried keto but I am not good at it as I can't bring myself to eat too much fat. Although I have given up eating bread, potatoes, rice, pasta & other carbs but it seems I am compensating by eating more cheese which isn't my thing really and nuts that I love.
Last time, I stepped on the scales, I hadn't list any weight but seems to be more in shape - tummy and live handles seems to have reduced - not sure if it is due elimination if carbs or the exercise I have been doing (15-20 mins a day).
However, after 30 days of eating like this, I have decided to go back to my normal eating minus the carbs & snacks - I want to see how long I can go without them.
Hopefully if it stops raining I go for a walk every day as well as my exercises. I need to Lise a couple of inches around the midriff to fit into a party dress early May.
I love salad & soups (on a cold day) so aiming to have them as one of my meals each day.

B - Cottage cheese, mixed nuts, strawberries and blueberries
L - Salmon on a bed of mixed greens & cabbage puree
D - Salad with 2tbs mayo
S - Handful of nuts, 2 Terry's chocolate
F - 4 Black coffee, water
E - 30 mins exercise, 2000 steps

B - strawberries and blueberries topped with greek yogurt, drizzle of honey & sprinkle of toasted sunflower seeds
L - Beefburger topped with fried courgettes & served with a large salad with olive oil, balsamic & mayo dressing with gherkins & olives
D - Big pot of Greek yogurt with strawberries and blueberries & 2tbs seeds
S - 10 almonds, Greek yogurt with TBS maple syrup, 2 Terry's chocolate
F - 2 Black coffee, lots of water
E - 40 mins exercise

E - Lots of housework, 4,000 steps

S - pkt chocolate shortbread, handful of nuts with 4 slices of cheese, melon (not a good day snacking), lots of chocolate (not good at all)
F - Lemon, ginger & honey drink, 4 black tea
E - 30 mins exercise, lots of DIY

D - Mexican nacho, salsa with beans & cheese
S -Grapes, 6 mini eggs, pkt pistachios
F - Lemon, ginger and honey drink, 3 Black tea, 2 black coffee, water

E - Lots of running up & down the stairs as heavy rain made it impossible to go out

Not good couple of days eating chocolate
