Start weight (6/10/25) - 172 lbs ( 12st 4lbs)
Current weight ( 23/12/25) - 165 lbs (11st 11 lbs)
Target Weight - 154 lbs (11st), 18lbs (1st 4lbs) to lose
Loss (23/12/25) - STS
Total loss - 7 lbs, 11 lbs to lose

This week I have to be careful as I have eaten a lot of wrong food .
B - cheese omelette, toast, fruits, danish pastry
L - split pea fritter
D - salad, yogurt with some sweet drops in syrup
S - 6 pieces of banana chips, small fried sweet dough ball
F - water, Black tea
E - 4,000 steps
