Ready made pasta salads?

Hi, does anyone know how many syns a ready made shop brought pasta salad is, for example a tesco pasta salad with pesto and pine nuts?

Depends on the ingredients - you would need to post nutritional information so someone can work it out for you. But in the one you mention the pesto and pinenuts would be synned. Actually most will have some sort of oil or dressing in them.

A lot of them are really high. M&S do a very nice prawn pasta salad for 4.5 syns.
