is a good loss. I don't know how much you have to lose but if you've got somewhere between 3 stones to 4 stones to lose, the most you'll generally lose each week will be between 3-4 pounds - and if you've got less than 3 stones to lose, it's likely you won't regularly lose more than 3 pounds a week.
I know it feels like you're eating next to nothing - but even if you were actually eating
nothing, you wouldn't lose more than a pound to a pound and a half more per week than you are now!
But 3-4 pounds a week is so much more than you can lose on a conventional low calorie style diet (once you get past week one). I know you want to see the back of those extra pounds (I know I do!
), but it's going to take a little while.
Cambridge is good, but it can't work miracles.
So in the meantime... :happy096: for your weight loss and well done on sticking with it this far.
