Step 1 Sole Source + really struggling and having a bad day :'(

    Woke up this morning to the smell of gas, it'd been leaking all night from my cooker, scares the crap out of me to think what could've happened to me and babies!
    So that's where my bad day started, realised by 12 after sorting that out that I felt sick and dizzy and hadn't ate or even had a sip of water, so I grabbed a packet of wotsits, without even thinking :(
    My period has been continuous since Friday at the same flow(heavy! Very unusual for me) and my other half decided to grab himself a bag of chips on his way home this afternoon! They smelt sooooooo good! But I didnt touch a single one! :)

    Will the wotsits have knocked me out of ketosis?

    Please give me some motivation to not stray! I really need it :(

    They probably will have, but if you don't have anything else you'll be back in ketosis by this time tomorrow, Don't lose heart, I always find it's when I'm having a crappy day I want to cheat, but always feel 10x worse afterwards, it's just not worth it xx

    The wits it's might not have knocked you out of ketosis. We all have different tolerances. You'll know if you get actually hungry in the am!

    We all have days or times like that so don't beat yourself up. Draw a line under it all and just get back on the horse. I wonder how many cliches I can fit into one post.

    I see you posted this a day ago...hope your next day got a whole lot better! Don't analyse the wotsit consumption, move on from it, all is not lost :)
