Really struggling

You are doing so well. You've made it to day 5 and I promise you it does get easier. Just focus on your first weigh in and how much weight you will lose:)

just keep remembering the 10 and 1/2 pounds gone already ....you have very nearly done another day, another day closer to that new slimmer you, think of those clothes you want to wear, those things you want to do how, much better you will feel, you can do it x
