Hi guys!
I thought it may be a good idea for me to keep a diary to help keep me on track and stay motivated!
Ive been on CD 2 weeks tomorrow and have lost 11lbs which i am thrilled about! I was on ss+ which is why my loses arent as big as some but from today my CC had put me on just 3 a day so im hoping to see even more of a difference.
My 1st week id say was my hardest! I started the day after boxing day, very hard as all the xmas chocolate etc are still about!
Today ive had my 2nd weigh in and lost 5lbs! Im so pleased!
People are commenting on how my bodies changing etc which is really motivating as you proberly know!
Im hardly ever hungry but i do feel a little hingry ive learnt to controle it!
