Recipe book mistakes?

Have you used any Slimming World recipe books and found that they are incorrect?

Yesterday I made the grilled hoisin chicken recipe from the SW Asia book, but for several large chicken breasts it says that they just need 5 minutes on either side under the grill! To fully cook them?! As you can imagine they were raw, despite looking good on the outside, so I put them in the oven for another 25 minutes!

Anyone else had similar?
 
I never go by times in any recipe books, I used to swear by Jamie Olivers books before SW and his 15 min meals always took like 30 mins and the 30 mins ones were moe like an hour. I never follow times as I find every cooker/oven is different and every utensil is too. Like I always made my fav pasta sauce in 20 mins, in my old house and now in the new one it takes less than 10 to cook!
