Recipe on the SW website

In the free 2 go area of the SW website there is a recipe for fish fingers, can anyone tell me how many syns these would be please? I know it;s not synned on the website because it's aimed at teens, but i love fish fingers so really want to make them

If you use the bread from your Healthy Extras then I think these would be syn free (on a red day).
I dont think you really need the flour....just coat the fish in egg and cover in the breadcrumbs.

I agree - don't bother with the flour.

I miss fish fingers too - but they'd have to be in a thick toasted white bread sarnie with loads of mayo......

Ooh thanks so much. I did wonder if the flour was necessary. I know what I'm having for tea as I havent used HE B yet (yay!). Fish fingers, syn free chips and beans YUM!!!
