I would still do it the same but no oil and lots of herbs or spices... but sure someone will be along in a mo to help you out.

Oh and of course depends if you are having red or green day.

Spag bol - I usually just fry the mince with some onion & lots of garlic, add chopped mushrooms and tomatoes, grated carrot and grated courgette, sometimes a pepper if I've got one. Tin of tomatoes with herbs, some passata to thin it out if needed, a couple of teaspons of italian mixed herbs, garlic salt and sometimes chilli flakes if I'm feeling hot! Just leave it on the hob for 20-30 mins simmering. I usually top it with freshly torn basil leaves and HEX parmesan.

Chili - brown the mince then drain of fat. Saute onions, garlic, chopped celery in fry light. Add ground cumin, paprika & oregano (or just use a ready prepared chili seasoning). Add a tin of chopped tomatoes. Add crushed chili flakes (or ground chilli) to your desired heat. Salt & pepper to taste. Let it simmer down for a while to let the flavours infuse. Check seasoning. Enjoy.
