Spag bol - I usually just fry the mince with some onion & lots of garlic, add chopped mushrooms and tomatoes, grated carrot and grated courgette, sometimes a pepper if I've got one. Tin of tomatoes with herbs, some passata to thin it out if needed, a couple of teaspons of italian mixed herbs, garlic salt and sometimes chilli flakes if I'm feeling hot! Just leave it on the hob for 20-30 mins simmering. I usually top it with freshly torn basil leaves and HEX parmesan.
