Recipes with Swede

Does anyone have any decent recipes which contain swede????

I did the ww pork lasagne which needed 30g of swede but the only swede I could get from the market was HUGE! Now I've got a massive swede and dont know what to do with it! And I hate wasting food!!

I make a vegetable mash to go with quorn sausages for a low point bangers n mash. Or use it as the topping on a shepherds pie made with quorn mince.

Use 1 potato, the same amount of swede and some bns if you have some. Makes a really tasty mash and much lower points than if you just used potato.

I'm doing shepherds pie today so think I'll try mashing it with the potato! Great way of getting more veg into the kids diet too! Thanks x
