Ok I am here to suck some knowledge out of you folks and I think maybe this could continue as a thread in its own right as it is not recipes as such its just cooking methods :D

Q) What are your favourite ways to cook Belly Pork?

At the moment I tend to cube mine and pan fry it with butter then add in some spinach at the end to wilt slightly.

Q) Bought some sprats, they are staring at me (literally!) in the fridge, how would you suggest I cook the little darlings?

Good idea Oss

1. Pork belly - same as you, but fried in lemon olive oil, then put on plate, and with the left over juice add in a little dijon mustard and some mayo, mix and pour over.

2. Allergic to fish so can't help there, sorry :)

I fry belly pork generally, I don't bother to cube it though,

same with the sprats, gut and head them, remove any larger bones and fry lightly in garlic butter. Yum Yum.
