Red day and potatoes?

    Yes but only if you're leaving the skin on, which doesn't really work with mash. Is it too late to go EE because then it would be free.

    ummm im not keen on ee but if its just one day im ok. Iv only had fruit, porridge, chicken breast etc today. what would make it so it couldn't be ee?

    If I'm making mash or chips, I always peel my potatoes and chuck the skins in the oven with some frylight for 5 - 8 mins and eat like crisps, would that still count as my HEB on a red day?

    If you'd had more than one HEA or HEB but it looks like you might be okay.
