Afternoon everyone, i have started slimming world again and thought i would keep a diary, i will be following red days.
A little about myself. my name is karrie i am 31 and from nottingham. i need to loose 2 and a half stone.

so todays menu
breakfast- 2 x weetabix

lunch-turkey salad
banana

strawberries, raspberries, blueberries and mullerlight yoghurt

chilli con carne with hea cheese

I have had 250 ml milk
and i can have 1 more b choice later.

doing half hour class- fab abs and killer butt!!!!!! please feel free to comment
