RED DAY dilemma

Been invited round friends for tea tonight, which is nice...BUT....shes making sausage caserole :( :p Ive decided to do a red day...but even so...sausages are still 5 1/2 syns each - when grilled!! I am soooo not looking forward to this.
Im just gonna have to leave the sausages and just eat the veg...wat a waste!! Dunno how to tell her I dont want it!!
Could soooo do with a nice grilled chicken salad instead!! :(

I understand your dilema, but think you should go and enjoy the food and company.

I often eat at friends houses, and although the food they cook for me may not always fit in with SW, I have to let common sense kick in. I would think to myself...

"Did anyone every get fat from eating a medium sized portion of sausage casserole?????"...........NO!-----I got fat because of all the other crap I have eaten in abundance for a sustained period of time

I know I am working towards sustainable weight loss- that loss will not be sustainable long term if I worry every time I am faced with things that are not 100% SW

I really hope you go and enjoy your evening

I agree, SW is a lifestyle not a diet so just try to count the Syns and enjoy it
